Semenzoo has a new Chairman for 2010-2012
Mr. Alberto Dallari Bondanini was named Chairman of the board at the Semenzoo Italy General Shareholders Meeting on June 21, 2010.
Mr. Dallari Bondanini was born on October 10, 1963 in Modena, where he lives with wife and four children. In 1988 he earned a degree from the Veterinary School at the University of Bologna.
He owns farms that engage primarily in livestock raising in the provinces of Modena, Reggio Emilia, and Forli.
Mr.Dallari Bondanini is currently the Chairman of Semenitaly also.

During this session, the Shareholders also thanked Mr. Domenico Sartore for his efforts on behalf of the company.
